Aubrey gets a boo-boo

Aubrey,
You are crazy. Today, you were playing outside running around with your sister and Addison. Sara and Addison were racing. I learned today that Sara is very slow. It's borderline embarrassing. Aubrey while you chased after them, you stubbed your toe, which caused you to get a drop of blood that trickled from you nail. After your bath I put a band-aid on your big toe. At this point, you sat there and began picking at your band-aid.

After a few minutes, it was time for bed. This is where it gets funny. You wouldn't stand up. You started crying. I tried to get you to stand up again. You wouldn't. You thought your toe was gone. Apparently, you thought the band-aid took your toe away. It took kisses and me to move your big toe around before you believed that your toe was not gone.

Hilarious.

I tell you what Aubrey, lately you have been absolutely the cutest kid. I am just thoroughly enjoying every second that I get with you. You wake up smiling. You go to bed smiling. You constantly laugh. You are just a fun kid. I love the 18 month stage.

Mommy says that you testing her, that you a little manipulator, but I don't get that. I just happen to get the best of you.
